Executive Leadership
Tony Morris is the president and CEO of American Maglev Technology, Inc. (AMT). Morris founded AMT in 1994, bringing more than 40 years and $10 billion in program management experience to the company. His past clients include Delta Air Lines ($3.5 billion in developments alone), Lincoln Property Company, and numerous public and private companies. A graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology (B.S., civil engineering, 1978), he founded a project management consulting firm in 1980 that provided development consulting services for a wide array of diverse projects, including airport facilities, major office and commercial buildings, sports stadiums, public transportation systems, the USA Today newspaper rollout, and many others throughout the United States. He has overseen the development of three generations of magnetic levitation train (maglev)-based, full-scale test track facilities (Edgewater, FL, 1994–1998; Norfolk, VA, 1999–2004; Powder Springs, GA, 2006–2012). In 1997, Morris spun out Neotonus, Inc., a medical device start-up company using rapidly changing magnetic fields to promote health and wellness. The company raised approximately $12 million in venture funds and developed an extensive portfolio of intellectual property, also receiving two FDA clearances. Since 2007, Mr. Morris has served as the PI on eight DOD/DOE SBIR/STTR programs and has won five Phase II awards. Leading AMT’s corporate spin-out strategy and intellectual property protection plan, Mr. Morris also sits on the Board of Directors of Inductive Ventures, and American SuperMagnetics.
Jordan Morris is the vice president of operations at AMT. He manages the company’s R&D contracts with the U.S. government and private-sector customers. He previously led international distribution for Neotonus, Inc., expanding product distribution to 65 countries.

He has long-standing business experience in the Mediterranean region, Asia and Africa. He currently serves as: Executive Adviser, IFFCO Group; Special Adviser, UNGSII; Member the Board, Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun Foundation; Strategic Advisor, McDonough Innovation.
Paul Elizondo is the founder and CEO of P2 Bank. He has 25 plus years of experience in investment banking and capital markets as a leader, investment banker, and research analyst advising corporations and institutional investors having primarily worked prior to P2 at investment banks Truist Securities (fka SunTrust Robinson Humphrey) and BofA Securities (fka Banc of America Securities). He has helped raise and place billions of capital over his career and assisted with evaluating and executing client and corporate strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Mark Pisano ii a Professor of the Practice of Public Administration at the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy. He currently serves on the Board of the National Academy of Public Administration and Co-chairs the Standing Panel on Intergovernmental Relations. He is Co-chair of the Infrastructure Working Group of California Forward. He is Chairman of the Infrastructure Funding Alliance, a national non-profit developing an alternative funding paradigm for funding infrastructure and public goods. For 31 years, he served as executive director of the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG), the nation’s largest regional planning agency.
